Our recommended companies for national and international delivery of items are Mailboxes Guildford and Essential Address. They will be happy to provide you with a quote for packing and shipping. Customers are recommended to contact Mailboxes or Essential Address directly.

Our Non-UK customers must ensure they are familiar with their countries rules relating to 'Duty' and or VAT charges that may be applicable to items they intend to export from the UK.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of the potential additional cost (or rules) before buying at auction. The Auctioneers are unable to assist with quantifying this charge due to the varying laws applicable to each final destination country.

Successful bidders will receive invoices on the Monday morning following the sale.

Successful bids must be paid for using Cash or with Debit/Credit cards in person at the saleroom.
Distance payments will only be accepted by Bank Wire Transfer or equivalent, allowing a suitable amount of time for funds to show as cleared.

If you are intending to buy from any of our sales it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself the items you are buying meet your acceptable standard.
Descriptions provided in the catalogue do not imply the item is in a good condition or without fault.
You should ensure the item is to your satisfaction by inspecting the item personally where possible, this can be arranged by appointment.
Where personal attendance is not possible, ‘Condition Reports’ can be provided.
These reports are for general observations and by way of necessity are only subjective, and the opinion of a representative.
Ultimately it will be your decision either to bid or not, should you be successful and win the bidding ,you are entering into a legally binding contract.
As it takes time to prepare ‘Condition reports’ please ensure you make your request at least 24 hours prior to the sale end time.
